Question:

We did an amendement to remove a product in SalesForce, but we get the following error:

The Rate Plan is in process.;

Solution:

The reason why you see this error message, is because there is a Draft Amendment on the Subscription which needs to be deleted first, before you can make a Quote Amendment in SalesForce.
