Since 2016, the Zuora Community has been an online space where Zuora users can ask questions, share their knowledge, scale in their expertise, and find others who use Zuora like they do. In addition to customers and partners, Zuora teams like engineers, global support, and product managers are active in the community. Beyond product support, the community offers ways to collaborate with each other through online forums and real-time virtual events and receive important product news and notifications.

Community members can also sign up for Release and Maintenance Email Notifications so that their teams are up-to-date with the latest product releases and time-sensitive maintenance windows.
