The value for a custom field on the Quote object was not getting coppied while cloning the quote.

 

One investigation I found the custom field was not added to the field set Custom Quote Fields. Please goto Setup -> Create -> Objects -> Quote -> Field sets -> Custom Quote Fields and add the custom field to the list.

 

Now when you clone the Quote, the value of the custom field will be copied to the new cloned quote.

What if you don't want to sync the fields to Zuora?
