When sending a quote to Zuora, the following occurs.
Error(s) occurred while submitting the page. The error details are: The quote has been successfully sent to Z-Billing.
I'm not sure why it is showing this message when it is an error.

The error indicates that the quote was sent to Zuora previously, so it cannot be sent again.

If that were true, we should be able to find the new account and/or subscription in Zuora correct?
Because we are getting this error and neither of those are true.

- Zuora Subscription ID = blank (Null)
- Status = New

Hi!
I can confirm that all the Zuora ID fields are empty; but the Status is set to "Approved" which correlates directly to our Quote Configuration setting for "Approved Quote Status".
Are you saying that this HAS to be New and we cannot use our own values?

Approved Quote Status option does not use Status (zqu__Status__c) field. Please use Approved Status (zqu__ApprovalStatus__c) for your Approval process. You can check this article for more details.
