SalesForce Zuora Sync

We have accounts being created in Salesforce through a job and when these account id's are passed to the zuora (through create order api) everything gets created correctly except for it gives us a message that says 'CRM ID does not exist in Salesforce' on. Verified that these accounts exist in Salesforce.

 

However when we manually create an account in Salesforce and manually update the Zuora account with this Sales Force account the sync seems to work.  Please let me know if you need any additional information.

 

Not sure why this is happening. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
