On- Demand Sync not working

Problem:

 

 

When running the On-Demand sync for an account we make a request to rest resouce in SalesForce to: https://xxxxxx.salesforce.com/services/apexrest/AccountZSync

 

The following is the error returned : 

 


[ { 
"success" : false, 
"statusMessage" : "An error occurred during on-demand sync. The object identified with object ID 0011800000UEF6IAAX does not exist. " 

 
} ]

 

The last time the sync worked was before the salesforce sandbox refresh.

Solution : 

 

 

After checking the 360 sync settings, it was noticed that the connections pointed to the Production Environment although the object existed in the services environment.

The end point should be a valid url which looks like : https://servicesxxx.zuora.com/apps/services/a/< WSDL version> , for example refer to the knowledge centre article:  

https://knowledgecenter.zuora.com/CA_Commerce/C_Zuora_Quotes/G_Zuora_Quotes_Configuration_Settings/A...

 

 

After changing the 360 Sync settings the On-Demand sync worked fine without any errors.
