Issue while syncing Subscription data with salesforce
We are attempting to sync our newly created Subscription records in Zuora with Salesforce. However when we attempt to do so, we run into the following issue having the error message - 'CANNOT_INSERT_UPDATE_ACTIVATE_ENTITY:SubscriptionTrigger: System.LimitException: Apex CPU time limit exceeded'. This results in records not being created on the salesforce side.
We are attempting to sync around 900 records. We have reviewed this on the salesforce side, but no specific error is being displayed.
Is this a known issue, or we are missing something obvious here. Also please let us know, the steps to view the error logs for this issue, within Zuora.
