How to use Multiple Conditions within an IF statement in Quotes templates

Use case: Am I able to use general logic with the merge fields, I want to say "IF Quote.subscriptionType="New Subscription" and Quote.PaymentMethod="Credit Card" then I would show the payment entry form?

Workaround: You can use logic as in the example below as using AND will not yield correct results.

 

{ IF { = { IF "True"="True" 1 0 } + { IF "True"="True" 1 0 } } = 2 "true" "false" }
