How to use Multicurrency on Product to sync to Zuora with using Zuora for Salesforce Connector

Question:

We are using Zuora for Salesforce for Connector

Prices of the products in SF have been stored as USD prices in Zuora; now we have activated GBP in Zuora (usd is still activate) but we need to understand how to manage the currency change in order to make sure the synchrization from SF will work fine. Can you please suggest us an approach here?

Solution:

You would need to enable Multi currency on Salesforce and have GBP as corporate currency like below.

Next Create Product with adding same pricebook 2 times with 2 currencies

When syncing to Zuora, you can validate the rateplans and its currencies.

By following above steps you should be able to sync product to Zuora with 2 currencies.
