How do I create a Validation Rule for a field while creating a quote?

Question or Problem Statement:
How do I create a Validation Rule for a field while creating a quote to have this field been Required? For example, I have a custom field named "Package Name" in

Quote Rate Plan Charge object.

Solution:
You can use: ISBLANK(TEXT( Package_Name__c ))
Package Name cannot be blank.png
