A cancellation subscription quote was sent to Zuora, however the subscription is still active in Zuora, why?

Solution:
To review the following fields in your SFDC quote:
Zuora Subscription ID
Created By
Last Modified By

 

If a quote has been sent to a Zuora tenant successfully, the "Zuora Subscription ID" field should have the returned subscription Id, with that Id we can locate the created New cancellation subscription Id. So that we can see what exactly that subscription's status is. If this field is blank, there must be something wrong happened. For example,
