Solution:
Review the Address 1 in the contact information in your corresponding Zuora customer account.

 

If it is blank, just fill in the Address 1, then sync Address 1 to SFDC by clicking "Sync Data from ZBilling" in the corresponding SFDC account in your SFDC.

Please do review if Address 1 has been synced over to SFDC, if it has been, then try to reproduce the issue.
