Set Default pagination is set to 25 products per page on Edit products page
The Default pagination is set to 10 products per page. After page load, User can set it to display a maximum of 25 products.
Since the default value is set in the managed package code.
But is it possible to change the default pagination from 10 to 25?

When refreshing a Salesforce sandbox, all Zuora Config settings in Salesforce are lost (they are set back to default values). This means that after each refresh, you have to manually configure all the settings all over again. My idea is to be able to export this configuration before the sandbox refresh and to be able to import it back to the sandbox after the refresh. Benefit: This would avoid hours of painful manual administration work at each refresh.

The quote Special Notes and Terms (1000 chars) but is forcibly mapped to Subscription Notes (500 chars) when creating a subscription. This means the user can enter 1000 characters only to get an error that it must be 500 characters. This is very bad UX. Since you develop both systems, please ensure fields that are forcibly mapped are the same length in both systems. Ideally make both fields MUCH bigger as even 1000 characters isn't really enough.

Currently there is an option to select the payment terms when building a quote in CPQ. However this field does absolutely nothing, the payment terms will be whatever is currently set on the Billing Account and will not change once the quote is sent to Zuora. If its a configurable option in CPQ then the Billing Account should be updated to match once the quote is accepted and sent to zuora. This causes a ton of confusion for both salespeople and customers.

It would be great to be able to easily add/remove annexes to a quote template to be able to create quotes with the product related annexes. A solution proposal: There would be a base quote template for each type of quote (new subscription, amendment, renewal, cancellation) and then that template would be the first pages of the real templates which could be product specific. The business reasons behind this: we have up to 4 annexes for each template with different Word formatting and it took me weeks to put them together in a single Word document. Also the Zuora part of the template is often modified to apply to new business rules/needs and it would be a lot easier if only the base template could be modified and it could be automatically taken into account in the product specific templates.

Our Salesforce org uses state abbreviations for the billing address but Zuora requires the full state name. When a new subscription is created for an existing billing account and that subscription is sent to Zuora for billing an error is given. The error is caused by the state's abbreviation not matching the full state name. Unfortunately, I can't change the abbreviation in Salesforce because Salesforce is connected to many other systems. It seems reasonable to be able to expect that Zuora billing could read the state name as well as the state's abbreviation.

I expect the clone quote button on a renewal or amendment quote to also clone the product changes to the quote (currently it doesn't do that making the name of the button incorrect). It's a really common use-case for us to provide 1 and 3 yr quote options and having to re-produce any changes to the quote each time is unecessary work.

When a Rate Plan is added in CPQ the change in the UI is minimal, a checkmark instead of a plus symbol and the label 'Added' instead of 'Add' When adding many Rate Plans it would be clearer to give them a different color as well, green would be preferable.

The following Zuora fields are critical in any implementation using either Invoice Settlement feature or Sequence Sets in Billing: Account.SequenceSetId Account.CreditMemoTemplateId Account.DebitMemoTemplateId However these fields do not exist anywhere on the zqu__Quote__c object in Salesforce, nor are they available on any other objects where we can add these fields to Field Sets. And since custom salesforce fields cannot map to Standard Zuora fields, there is absolutely no workaround for this. So basically this means, that if you are using Zuora CPQ and have Zuora's Invoice Settlement feature activated, you cannot use Zuora Quotes in Salesforce because it's impossible for the Sales user to choose the correct Credit or Debit Memo Template. Similarly, if you are using sequence sets, it's impossible for users to define the correct Sequence Set on the Quote in Salesforce. This is not compliant with many international internal revenue authority regulations.

We had several project on Zuora Quote where customers required to create the quote amendment or Renewal from Subscription and not from Account or opportunity.
Regarding the process, it makes more sence. Users need to be able to create quotes more quickly, and the current process obliged user to use the Select Account Page (Select Account and the subscription).
I suggest a Custom button on the subscription Record. When the user Click, he is direcly redirect to the Quote Creating page.

Customer has a use case where they lower the price on a subscription to "save" a customer. Let's say the lower the price of a subscription from $120 to $84 for a year's subscription in month 3. Zuora credits $90 (9 months at $10/ month) and charges $63 (9 months at $7/month). But if you do this operation in Zuora CPQ the details page showing the quote metrics will show one of 2 things depending on the "Invoice/Credit Memo generation" rule in Zuora. If the rule is set to generate credit memos for all negative charges, the Zuora CPQ total on the quote will say $63, the amount of the charges with no inclusion of the $90 credit. If the rule is set to generate credit memos for net negative invoice totals then Zuora CPQ shows a total of $0 again no inclusion of the credits. I would like the total to show -$27 ($63 - $90). This is what an order preview in Zuora shows and reflects what the customer will be credited as a result of this Quote/Order.

The QuoteRatePlanCharge (zqu__QuoteRatePlanCharge__c) object is empty for renewal quotes (that haven't had any product amendments). However this data is available to query for other quote types. This makes it difficult to create a consistent method of querying quote objects programatically. Please make your objects consistent for all quote types.

It would be awesome if using Discount Charge Items worked like regular charge items on a quote - and showed the net result of a discount charge on the line item. If the effective price and total for each charge line is populated, then the discount line should contain a net negative total for that charge line as well. Essenitally, we can't use Discount charges because they don't look right on a Quote (the line items show up, but the discount charge doesn't populate the same fields and because I'm stuck configuring merge fields on a Word '97 template, I have no idea how to quote to clearly display for our customers what they're paying and how we arrived at that total.

When using "Discount Charges" on a Product with a one time charge the Discount charge always shows up as Recurring - which then keeps the Discount Charge on a Renewal/Amend Quote even when the "Hide Original One-Time Charges" setting is selected. The "Hide Original One-Time Charges" is very useful to avoid confusion when users need to create renewal quotes for subscriptions that had a one-time charge such as professional services. When using Discount Charges within a rate plan we would like to prevent a user from being able to edit the Product Discount % field - they should only be able to edit the actual Discount Charge (using the hyperlink and pop-up) Currently it seems we have no option to lock this field - which means we need to use Rules Engine or Validation Rules to reactively reset to 0 and alert the user.
