Feature Request:  Use the amendments functionality in Z-Quotes but only for making incremental changes to the subscription.

Business Need:

User wants to make sure that their sales team can only update the product of the existing subscription. Update means adding QTY, decreasing the # of QTY, and editing the price.  They do not want their sales team to have the ability to remove or add a new product for those existing subscription.
