Getting a "403 Forbidden" error while accessing workflow

Question:
Why do I get 403 Forbidden Error when I try to access Workflow from my Services Tenant?

Answer:
Workflow is not supported in legacy Production Copy Environments (PCE)

We have introduced a new environment called Central Sandbox that provides the functionality of Production Copy Environments (PCEs) and Enhanced Production Copy Environments (ePCEs)
