We've been working on a very corner use case, and I wanted to get some thoughts from the Zuora community. I'd appreciate if you can provide your insights.


So, when customers encounter service disruptions or any other kind of dissatisfaction while they are on an active subscription, we want to compensate the customer through FREE service extension (Ex: 2 months). But on evaluation this option much deeper, we found there are multiple steps that are required to be performed arround billing date, and revenue schedules. 


If anyone encountered this use case, I'd appreciate some thoughts if any has handled this use case ane best practices.
