Re: How to get CMRR report on Subscription level? [ Edited ]

Response:

To export the CMRR of each subscription:
1. Navigate to Reporting-> Date Sources, select Rate Plan Charge data source from Data Sources
2. Select MRR field from Rate Plan Charge objects and other fields you would like to display in the report.
3. Set filter as:

  • Subscription.Status = 'Active'
  • RatePlanCharge.IsLastSegment = 'true'
  • RatePlanCharge.ChargeType = "Recurring"

4. Export the report

Open this export spreadsheet file, filter out the Amendment Type = Remove a Product in the excel.

In the export file, It shows  MRR by each rate plan charge, if you would like to get the total MRR amount, create a customized report by using the Subscription Rate Plan Charge data source and set the group as per subscription or per account.
