Question or Problem Statement:

I'd like to know if there's a way to temporary "pause" a Subscription until a certain date because a specific client has payment issues and won't be able to pay us until a certain date.

Is the any way to modify the subscription ? Isn't there a "pause" button ?

 

Solution:

It is on our product roadmap to support pause/ and resume on a Subscription or suspend a customer account.

Currently, the best practice shared by our customers is to create Remove Product Amendment to remove the charges on the Subscription to pause the billing of this customer. When you would like to resume the billing, please create a New Product Amendment to add the same Product back to the Subscription.

 

 Gotchas/Pitfalls:

Please test this on your Sandbox tenant all scenarios to determine the outcome of these actions.
