I have invoiced my customer and I need to change the start date, how can I change this?

You can change the term start date and contract effective date by following the steps:
1. Process Terms and Conditions Amendment
2. Process Remove Amendment with contract effective date of the date you want to remove the charge, if this is the first charge then enter the contract effective date of the original date.
3. Process Add Amendment with the contract effective date of the date you want to add the charge
4. Click in the subscription, Click on more button, click on preview button to view the posted invoices and invoices to be posted in the future to ensure the dates and amounts are correct
5. Generate the new invoice
