Finding "Last Renewal Date" of an EVERGREEN subscription
We handle our web customers by setting them up with EVERGREEN subscriptions.
Throughout the lifecycle, the customer can -
1. Change seats
2. Change billing frequency from monthly to annual and vice versa.
3. Upgrade or downgrade their plan
All of these changes can happen in the middle of their current billing period, and do not start a brand new billing period. Instead, the current billing period is maintained and so a prorated billing period charge is applied and invoiced/credited.
For this sort of use case how do we find the "Last Renewal Date" of a subscription - when the last full bill period was invoiced?
