Cannot find active account in subscription owner transfer account search

The search used for owner transfers doesn't return the following account when searching by name and by account number. Can you explain why so we can update the account and complete the owner transfer?

You will not be able to do an ownership transfer of the 2 accounts involved have differerent Customer Accont currencies:

 

For example:

 

- Account ABC is set for CAD
- Account XYZ is set for USD

 

Because the subscriptions utilize these currencies, they cannot be transferred to other accounts using other currencies.
