Question: Can I create a 12 month term subscription with a price increase at 6 months?
For the first 6 months the subscription price will be $250.00
For the next 6 months the subscription price will be $400.00

Response: Yes! You can create a new subscription that is a 12 month Termed subscription,adding the "New Product" with a price of $250. Then creating an "Update Product" amendment changing the price to $400 starting the 7th month of the subscription.
Example: Here I've created a Subscription with a 12 month term, with a Contract effective date of 01/01/2017 for $250 monthly.
Here I created a "Product Update" amendment, where I selected the product and changed the pricing to $400, with a Contract effective and Service activation date of 07/01/2017:
Here is the Preview screen after the Amendment was created showing that in July the amount went up to $400 monthly as expected.
