Updated sales order lines stuck in the stage
Question: Why the updated sales order lines stuck in the staging table with an error message Start Date of the Updated SO is different from the Existing SO?
Answer: Per design, the system will not process the updated SO with the different start date if the original line is partially or fully released already.
- Initially SO collected into RevPro with a start date of 01-Jun-2019 and released fully.
- Later an updated SO line has been brought into RevPro with the start date of 01-Nov-2019.
- Now the system stops the updated SO line in the stage with an error message Start Date of the Updated SO is different from the Existing SO
Solution: Defer the sales order line in RevPro & collect the updated SO line
