Ability to suppress zero balance transactions from RC Rollforward report

Our RC Rollforward transaction report is growing very large. Is there any way to suppress the zero lines out of the RC Rollforward Report?

Re: Ability to suppress zero balance transactions from RC Rollforward report

There is an option available in the system to suppress the Zero lines from the report. Please follow the below steps to achieve.

  • Navigate to Run Reports> RC Rollforward Report> Edit Report

  • Click on the Edit for the layout which the zero lines need to be suppressed.

  • Navigate to Field Details Tab>>Enable the Zero check for all below-listed columns if its available in the layout and save the changes. Now the system eliminates the zero balance transactions from the report.
