Add relationship between Usage and InvoiceItem. Currently, to relate a usage record to the invoice item, one must use InvoiceNumber, ChargeNumber, and StartDateTime to match it against the InvoiceItem. I would like a field on the Usage record to be populated with the InvoiceItem Id.
