Developer tools upload file format issue

Issue:

Delete tasks fail in Developer Tools. Whatever the label customer use  (Id or ID or id), Requests are systematically rejected, even though I'm using a UTF-8 CSV file.

Solution:

The Developer tools will not support the File format -CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (*.csv)

User was trying to upload the comma delimited csv file but in UTF-8 format, the only supported format is CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)
