Z-Suite Connector ERROR with recent NetSuite release 2018.1
NetSuite recently released an update to their system, which has now caused a number of our customer accounts/payments to error our when running our NetSuite integration to push over data. The error reasons are below:
NetSuite Warning: Warning received from NetSuite for record "EX00000033": (Error executing Netsuite operation: ; nested exception is:
java.net.SocketException: Connection reset)
NetSuite Warning: Warning received from NetSuite for record "P-00012280": (Error executing Netsuite operation: Only one request may be made against a session at a time)
These were not errors prior to this NetSuite release, and this is causing a huge issue as a number of our payments, customer accounts are now not being synced over to NetSuite. Is there is a fix for this? I would imagine Zuora would need to stay on top of NetSuite updates to ensure failures like this do not happen with the Zuora product 'Z-Suite Connector'. I've already placed a Zuora Support ticket, but wanted to post here as well to see if any other tenant are having this issue, or if anyone can help.
