Is there a way to download how many records we have missing the "Rev Rec trigger"?

Answer:   Yes, you can create a report from Data Sources and select the criteria that you need to review. Please follow the instructions below.

 

  1. Click on "Data Sources" on the left-hand menu under the "Reporting" header.
  2. Data Source --> select "Rate Plan Charge"
  3. Fields --> select the applicable fields. You'll see several linked objects. Below are some suggestions to help get you started:
  4. Filters --> use this if you need to filter by a specific field

    • Rate Plan Charge: Charge Model, Charge Type, Name, Quantity, Unit of Measure

    • Account: ID, Name

    • Product Rate Plan: Name

    • Subscription: ID, Name

  5. Time Frame --> use this if you need to limit the results to a specific period.

Any custom fields you have created should also be showing up as fields on these related objects.
