Credit Balance field in Accounts Receivable Aging

Question or Problem Statement:

Credit balance field was added to the Accounts Receivable Aging section in the accounting periods.  If there's an outstanding balance amount in this field, how do I obtain account and amount information associated?

Solution:

To the right of Account Receivable Aging, you'll see a link that reads "Download Aging Detail"

Click on the link and select Account Aging

Account names can be found in column B (Header: Account Name).  The amount of the credit balance associated to an account can be found in column E (Header: Credit Balance).  The sum of this column is the amount displayed Accounts Receivable Aging section.

What does this credit balance include?    Credit memo?  or it is just unapplied payment?  Please furhter advise...THANK YOU!!
