Collection Window limitations / use case gaps
Hello, Just want to put a list of use case gaps that we are seeing at my customer and wanted to see if others also think these are useful gaps to possibly be pursued. My client is an automotive company...
Use Case #1 - Only allow certain customers to enter "Collections Window" and this would be set on the account. This is to avoid mixing B2B and B2C or sending of customers that are never to dealt with via collections.
Use Case #2 - User Roles for Agents to group them. Multiple BUs in same tenant and each have their own CSR groups. Would want to link onCSRs to their respective org and only see the customers for that org. (HIPAA issues drive this)
