Problem: Can't delete a cancelled subscription amendment even though it has no invoice.

Solution: Bill runs still pick up the cancelled subscription, so you need to delete any bill runs that have the customer's cancelled account/subscription. However if there are too many invoices in the bill run you will not be able to delete it, meaning you will be unable to delete the amendment.
