[Known Issue] API Request regarding custom field under PaymentMethod Object

Known Issue

According to our REST API reference, custom field is supported with below 2 requests:

CRUD: Create payment method
CRUD: Update payment method

We've identified an issue which could cause custom field not updated when using these 2 requests.

Status

Zuora Engineering Team is currently working to fix this issue.

Currently, our engineering team is targeting release 235 to deliver the fix.

Workaround

For Credit Card, please use below request as a workaround:

Create credit card payment method
Update credit card payment method
