[KNOWN ISSUE] Usage Upload via API Failure
Known Error: When upload usage file via API, intermittent failures with the error message:
"Import Status: Failed
Status Description: The usage file must be in valid CSV format."
If retry the upload, the can be processed successfully.
Status: Our Engineering team has identified the issue. The fix will be deployed in release R-221, tentatively 5/10/2017 to sandbox and 5/17/2017 to production.
