Emails with AOL address cannot be delivered
All emails sent to customers with AOL email addresses are being returned with the following message:
This is the mail system at host appmail01.slv.zuora.
I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message could not be delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below.
For further assistance, please send mail to postmaster.
If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.

I've sent the issue to postmaster, but no one's gotten back to me.
Any solutions for this?

@ycalavan It appears that the domain you are sending your email from has a DMARC policy that is restrictive on which servers can send mail on behalf of it.
When you setup your email templates, you specify your from email as something like "email@example.com". Your "acme.com" domain then specifies a policy via DMARC to allow certain servers to send mail for it.

to setup your SPF policy to allow the Zuora email servers.
As another option you can also configure Zuora to send email via your company's SMTP server.
