Change the "username" in External Tax Engine Setup

The username associated with the external tax engine setup in Zuora is no longer with the company and we would like to change it to a different username.

 

Can you advise what is needed to make this change?

The username under the Avalara tax engine setup is based off the credentials used to log in to the AvaTax Admin Console. This user must have the correct permissions required, for example, Account Admin, in order for the Zuora/Avalara integration to function correctly. You will need to set yourself up with a new Avalara User Name/ Password directly with Avalara. Once you obtain this new user from Avalara you can update the username/password stored in the tax engine setup in Zuora.
