Zuora support has confirmed that Payment Gateway Reconciliation does not reconcile refunds for Paymentech (Orbital) This makes Payment Gateway Reconciliation incomplete and thus not fit for purpose as it necessitates manual activity to reconcile refunds. Can we please enhance the Payment Gateway Reconciliation so that it can process refunds from Orbital

Are there plans for Zuora to support the ACH payment method with Braintree? We already use credit card through Braintree and would like to add ACH.

Currently, it is possible to upload a payment through Configurable Lockbox and apply to Invoices. It should also be possible to have Debit Memos payments applied via Lockbox as well. Would it be possible to either do this through allowing a different Prefix in setup or matching the document number in the Invoice Number field?
