Z Payment Setting Setup Notifications & Email Templates Payment Method Expiration | 30 Day Warning
Would like to set up parameter to filter cancelled accounts prior to sending 30 day cc expiration warning to our entire historical customer base~ (Sending reminders to canceled accounts, creates confusion & clogs support lines for active customers with former customers)
Z support recommending setting up communication profiles to filter off canceled accounts (solve also applicable to Enterprise/Partner & Net 10 customers) but a bigger build still in development
Does any else filter for active subscription versus cancelled subscriptions on email notifications?
Not seeing editable parameter in Z-Payment Settings>Setup Notifications and Email Template > Payment Method Expiration | 30 Day or Knowledge Center > RBM Solutions > Notifications > Create and Edit Email Templates
THANKS , Crossing my Fingers !! There's an easier fix ...than building a half a dozen communications profiles; appreciate the advise !
