TCV Report in new reporting

How can I report on TCV? The new reporting feature does not have a TCV out-of-box report...

Re: TCV Report in new reporting

You can create a quick TCV report in new reporting as follows:

Zuora 2017-03-21 at 9.57.08 AM.png

Choose SUMMARY report

DATE SOURCE = Rate Plan Charge

COLUMN GROUPS = empty

ROW GROUPS = You can include any information you want to have on the report, see screenshot for examples

VALUE FIELDS = RatePlanCharge: TCV, summarizd by SUM

FILTERS: Subscription: Status NOT IN Draft, Expired, Cancelled (You may choose to omit 'Cancelled' subscriptions depending on your goal)

This does not include discounts and it is not presentable. I have no idea why Zuora has no ability to deal with discounts in reporting.

Thanks for the feedback @ShahinKohan and it's very helpful to hear your use case.

Could you post more about it here in the Reporting Ideas forum? That way, the Product Manager working on reporting can get your feedback as well.   The more detailed the description, the better - for the PM and for other customers/partners to add onto your feedback + votes.

Thanks again,

Lana

@ShahinKohan,

It sounds like having metrics that can include discounts is important for you.

Have you heard anything about Order Metrics? The reason I ask is because if you are able to enable it (with the current known limitations), you are able to access a few data sources that can get you those net numbers.
