One of my users sends me a scheduled report every morning as an email attachment, I have to massage the data and upload it to Salesforce. I've automated the process except for retrieving the attachment, which I have to do manually.
If the report could be automatically saved on our network instead of being sent to me as an email attachment, I could automate the entire process. But I can't figure out a way to do that. Is it possible?
Thanks for your help!

If you're not a coder you'll likely need the help of one, but automatically loading a report results file into salesforce can definitely be done. All Zuora reports can be invoked and the results downloaded using our APIs and you can then load the results file into Salesforce using the salesforce API. Alternatively you might create a 'listener' type program that is sent the email and it then grabs the attachment and loads it into salesforce. There's some helpful info in this post:
