How to display the latest MRR value in the report as same as in Subscription UI

Question:

If you look at Report on subscription A-S00011xxx it's showing the MRR to be 4924.31. Why does this report pick up the MRR on subscription version 2 and 3? If you look at the customer account, you can see the CMRR associated with A-S00011xxx is 2,030.62 which is what I want this report to show. How can I capture that number in my report because I need it by Rate Plan Charge, which there isn't for CMRR?

Re: How to display the latest MRR value in the report as same as in Subscription UI

Answer:

By design, Reports will show MRR value as cumulative and not the individual Subscription version values. Even if we select the latest version of product charges as the filter condition, it will show all the MRR values and not the last segment value.

In order to view only the latest charge value, we need to add a filter condition like below.

“Rate Plan Charge: Is Last Segment = TRUE”

This filter condition will query out only the latest value from the Subscription and displays the same as in Subscription UI.
