The report called "Accounts with Subscriptions up for Renewal in the Next 30 Days" is a great one for re-engaging customers proactively.
Find the report in your reporting section and to:
Standard reports > Booking section > Actions folder.
Edit the ACCOUNTS WITH SUBSCRIPTIONS UP FOR RENEWAL IN NEXT 30 DAYS report.
This report looks pretty good as is, but we can change the filter to show upcoming renewals in the next 90 days or 6 months even.
Here is what the report will look like.
Schedule as a Recurring Report
Then under RUN REPORT, you can click schedule. Run the report as a summary or detailed report with your selected formatting options. Add any emails for the individuals or teams that should receive this report in their inbox with regular frequency, and set the report to recur with any cadence you like. Daily, weekly, monthly, it’s up to you.
