[SSO] SSO times out, requiring the user to log in and out.
Zuora Session tends to time out due to our security policy.
Our security requirements are a re-auth policy of no longer than 24hrs per our security requirements.
This information is critical because if you are somehow getting kicked out of your Zuora session, this is most likely the case. Leaving Zuora on for more than 24 hours will invoke our security to kick you out the sesion.
In order to alleviate this issue, you must relog back into the Zuora session through your IDP portal.
This is a policy that cant changed. It is 24 hours due to security reasons.
