[SSO] Federated ID is already in use. Please try another one - Okta
When you have multiple sandboxes and one of your users have made an account in each of them, you may run into the problem of using the same email as the federated ID for all the sandboxes. This creates a problem because the federated ID would be deemed as "used".
In this this, I would suggest that you switch the "Default Username" to "Okta Username" in the Okta platform. Then, in the federated ID field of the user in Zuora, you would change it to match the Okta username found in Okta. After a successful match, you can now log in Zuora through the Okta Chiclet
