Response:  To sign in to the Zuora Group Support, you will need first sign up.  

 

Step 1.  Sign into Zuora and in the upper right hand corner, you will see your email address and a dropdown next to it. Click on the dropdown and select the "Support Center".

Step 2. The "Sign in to Zuora Global Support" screen will appear.  In the lower left corner you will see the "New to Zuora Global Support?", and click on the Sign Up and complete the information requested. An email will be sent to you to set your Password and access granted.
