At our September Workflow workshop, @Karnbir Singh Product Manager of Platform and Workflow shared the latest developments including a new workflow type called UI Action which allows non-admin users to run workflows within Zuora Billing and enhanced approval capabilities like Zuora Inbox and other delivery methods as well as single-action links. On June 18th, Karn Singh, Product Manager of Platform and Workflow shared his best practices for Workflow Observability and Monitoring. In Zuora, we have a few ways observability and monitoring are exposed for Workflow from an overall telemetry perspective to ones that are more granular. At our May 18th Workflow Workshop, Product Manager of Platform and Workflow @Karnbir Singh discussed 3 tools to make managing global constants in Workflow easier and save you a lot of time: 1.
