Near Real Time: For executing flows on single records

Batch: For flows with large sets of data (ie DQ, DSE)
His team is also working on creating more Workflow types and more ways to obtain multi-object data synchronously.

About Community Workshops
Community Workshops are excellent opportunities for Zuora users of all skill levels to collaboratively work together to solve common challenges with the guidance of a Zuora subject matter expert and the support of your peers. Not only will you be able to hear how others are using Zuora, but it is also a great chance to share tips of your own.
Additionally, all workshop attendees are invited to an exclusive Community Work Group where they have access to all past workshop recordings and can continue the conversation with their peers and Zuora subject matter experts.
