Rules are not Imported

Problem:

Facing problem with importing rules. When the rules are imported, I see a message that
“Success: File Uploaded successfully”.
But, when I go and view the Rules none of the rules are present.

Solution:

 

To import rules:

 

- In the Rules tab, click Migrate. If you do not see the Migrate button, click Go!, and the Migrate button will appear.
- Click Choose File in the Import Rules section.
- Select the file containing the rules and the related objects and click Open.
- Click Upload.
- In the Import Status section, click Import button to complete the import.

 

After the uploading the file (rule_export.csv)  is successful, make sure to click the 'Import' button

After 'Import' button is clicked, we should see detail message like this

This customer problem was resolved after the 'Import' button was clicked.
