- Are not receiving Zuora Community Emails

If Zuora Community emails aren't arriving in your inbox, spam, or junk folders, then you will need to work with your IT department to include the community's email address and domains in your company's allowlist. Please ask your IT department to add email@example.com
to your organization's allowlist.
