As part of our ongoing effort to create a more secure and streamlined experience across Zuora resources, the Zuora Community now uses OneID as its login method.
Logging in with OneID gives you a single, unified way to access Zuora platforms, including the Community. Once you’re signed in, you can continue using the Community just as you do today, with the same access, profile, and activity.
How do I log in to the Zuora Community?
- Go to community.zuora.com/login.
- You will be directed to the OneID login experience when signing in to the Community.
- Sign in using your OneID credentials.
Already have a Community account?
If your existing Community email address matches your OneID email address, your profiles will be linked automatically when you log in. No additional action is required.
Please note that legacy Community-specific login methods are no longer supported. To maintain access, you must log in with OneID.
New to the Zuora Community
If you are new to the Community, you will need a OneID login to access gated Community content.
Still can’t log in
If you’re having trouble accessing the Community:
- Confirm with your Zuora administrator that you have an active OneID login before submitting a support ticket.
- Make sure you are using the email address associated with your OneID account.
- If you continue to have issues, contact Zuora Global Support for help with your OneID credentials or login process.
Why create or use a Community account
Once authenticated, you can subscribe to updates and stay connected to the areas that matter most to you. Community users also gain access to product updates, release information, and opportunities to engage with Zuora experts and other users.
