Related List not visible to community User

Question:

Salesforce Partner Community user is unable to see most of the Zuora package objects in the related list of account. They can just see Billing Accounts object.

Click on 'Login into community as user' to login as partner community user.

Go to any account and click on the related tab, Quotes, Subscriptions, etc are not visible in the related list which is otherwise visible on the Salesforce account.

Answer:

The custom profile has access to some of the objects in the related list as you mentioned. In those objects, Account will be a custom field. So that the objects are showing as related lists under Accounts.

For e.g User has access to Subscription Rate Plan object in profile level. Inside the Subscription Rate Plan object, Account is a custom field. Only if the user has at least read access to that field, he may able to view Subscription Rate Plan under related list in the Account Detail page. Likewise, please give access to the Account field in other objects as per your requirement.
